Andersen Global, BDO Tax announce collaboration agreement

SAN JUAN – Andersen Global announced Friday that it entered into a collaboration agreement with San Juan, Puerto Rico-based firm BDO Tax LLC, marking the organization’s debut in the region.

Andersen Global is an association of independent member firms comprising tax and legal professionals. Established in 2013 by U.S. member firm Andersen Tax LLC, Andersen Global now has more than 5,000 professionals worldwide and a presence in more than 177 locations through its member and collaborating firms.

Founded in 2000, BDO Tax is made up of 13 partners, led by Managing Partner Gabriel “Gaby” Hernández and supported by more than 140 professionals. It provides an array of tax and business advisory services to more than 3,000 clients, including transfer pricing, private client services, transaction advisory, government contracting, accounting services and tax compliance with a specific focus on international tax and inbound tax advisory.
