At a press conference, Pesquera, who is also a former candidate for governor from the NPP in the 2000 general elections, presented his campaign team for the coming months. Among the members are publicist Tere Suárez, from the FiftyOne company, and Edward Zayas, who will be the campaign’s press and media director.
