The employment practices liability loss prevention program legal counseling comprises direct access to Littler Mendelson, a leading U.S. firm specializing in labor law.

Explaining that navigating Puerto Rico’s labor laws and regulations “is extremely complex,” Chubb’s financial lines manager on the island, Manuel González, added that policyholders “now have access to information…helping to answer many of the day-to-day questions that arise,” as well as access to a Littler attorney on the island “for advice on federal and local laws and legal briefs.”
