CNE Breaks Down Possible Consequences of a Default on GOs

SAN JUAN – The Center for a New Economy (CNE), a Puerto Rico-based independent, non-partisan think tank, issued published Tuesday a policy brief that provides a summary of the current situation in Puerto Rico and describes some of the possible consequences of a Puerto Rico default on its general obligation bonds and other government-guaranteed debt.
