An investigation by law firm Kobre & Kim that was published Aug. 20, reviews the island’s fiscal crisis and its contributing factors and focused on the issuance of public debt.

They said those interested in participating in the hearing “should follow the pre-registration protocol” available on the board’s website, www.oversightboard.pr.gov. The committee is receiving questions regarding the report via a form on the board’s site as well.
Pre-registration and the submission of questions end Sept. 14 at 5:00 p.m.
