New Triple-S Advantage ad campaign to feature local basketball greats

triple-s-advantageSAN JUAN – Triple-S Advantage launched Monday an ad campaign featuring both on- and off-court experiences of four legends of Puerto Rican basketball–Raymond Dalmau, Flor Meléndez, Charlie Bermúdez and Julio Toro. The new campaign, “Con la experiencia se gana” (With experience you win), was developed by local advertising agency J. Walter Thompson.

“Raymond, Charlie, Flor and Julio are the stars of our campaign, in which we highlight the value of the experience one gains over the years. And like our experts from Triple-S Advantage, these veterans share their knowledge and life lessons for the benefit of others,” said Dorelisse Juarbe, senior vice president of operations at Triple-S Advantage. “There are so many things we gain with experience: wisdom, perseverance and resilience, among others,” she added.

As part of the campaign, Triple-S Advantage will be airing the 1979 Pan American Games gold medal game between the U.S. and Puerto Rico. The special program, “El día que el Clemente tembló, (“The day the Clemente [Coliseum] shook”), will include the athletes’ commentary. The co-production with Telemundo airs Saturday, Oct. 8, from 8 p.m. to 10 p.m.
