Oversight Board Announces 5th Meeting
SAN JUAN – The Puerto Rico Financial Oversight & Management Board informed Tuesday that it will hold its fifth public meeting to discuss the fiscal plan presented by the administration of Gov. Ricardo Rosselló as well as an official report by the federally appointed entity in charge of the island’s finances.
The March 13 event will be held in One Bowling Green, New York, at 9 a.m. and it is open to the general public, although it requires pre-registration. Those unable to attend, however, may view a live-stream of the meeting in both Spanish and English on the board’s website.
In Tuesday’s release, the board encourages public participation by submitting comments to the entity’s website.
In addition to discussing and “certification” of the Puerto Rico fiscal plan it received Feb. 28, the board will present an independent analysis on the “bridge between 2014 audited statements and fiscal plan baseline,” as well as discuss “liquidity plan and measures.”
