PRHTA to Hold Seminar On Best Sales Strategies
SAN JUAN — The Puerto Rico Hotel and Tourism Association (PRHTA), an organization that represents the island’s private tourism sector, will hold a professional seminar Feb. 18 dubbed “Discover the 7 Best Practices in Sales and Marketing of Superstar Hotels” at the Condado Plaza Hilton in San Juan’s Condado district.
The workshop’s main resource is Bill Todd, a renowned expert in sales and marketing. “I will share the ten documented best sales and social media practices being used by 2016’s most successful hotel and resort professionals,” Todd said. “[Attendees] will learn exactly how to out-sell, out-market and out-promote… but never out-spend the competition.”
Meanwhile, PRHTA President Clarisa Jiménez said, “this workshop is part of our training platform being offered by the PRHTA this year. Our goal is to provide all our members training in the different areas that will help them grow their businesses,” Jiménez noted. “This is a great opportunity for any sales and marketing executive in any business field so the workshop is open to the public.”
The workshop begins at 8:30 AM and ends at noon with a luncheon and summary of the event. Anyone interested in attending can attend both the workshop and luncheon or just the luncheon during which the results will be presented.
