Puerto Rico gov to deliver his 2nd annual state address March 5
SAN JUAN – Puerto Rico Gov. Ricardo Rosselló will deliver his second address on the state of the commonwealth on Monday, March 5 at 5:15 p.m.
The governor will again make his speech about the island’s status in the House of Representatives at the Capitol in San Juan.
The message–which is expected to cover several themes, including accomplishments in the aftermath of Hurricane Maria and an economic report–will be transmitted by WIPR channel 6, WIPR radio 940 AM and through the governor’s Facebook page.
Other TV channels and radio stations may link to the transmission as well.
