Updated financials of Puerto Rico fiscal board members published
SAN JUAN – The fiscal control board published the quarterly reports of periodic transactions of its members and designated staff for the fourth quarter of 2017, covering the period between Oct. 1 and Dec. 31, 2017.
According to a board press release, the first, second and third quarter disclosures of the members of the federal entity were reviewed by the board’s ethics adviser, Andrea Bonime-Blanc.
“The Oversight Board is committed to annual financial disclosures, in addition to quarterly transactional disclosures by all of its members and designated senior staff,” the panel says in the release.
The initial financial disclosures of the representative of Puerto Rico’s governor to the board, Christian Sobrino, and the panel’s revitalization coordinator, Noel Zamot, were also published.
“The Board continues to adhere to the strictest ethical and transparency standards and its members and staff remain committed to proactively putting forth pertinent information that might contribute to the spirit of full disclosure set forth in PROMESA,” Bonime-Blanc adds in the release.
