Women Who Lead Summit to be Held Feb. 3
Puerto Rico will be hosting the Women Who Lead Summit (WWL) Feb. 3. The conference will bring together top-level Hispanic executives and entrepreneurs for a series of discussions and activities to develop and strengthen businesses relationships. The event, themed “Becoming a Game Changer,” will be held at the Puerto Rico Convention Center in San Juan.
Event founder Frances Ríos explained says it is a unique concept because it is specifically aimed at Hispanic women with decision-making power who face particular challenges such as the development of new businesses and the creation of institutional policies that take enterprises to new levels.
The summit will feature local and international speakers including Ligia Bonetti, entrepreneur and executive president of Grupo SID; Carmen Castillo, president and CEO of SID International; and James Simmons, general director for Unilever, Greater Caribbean region.
“International Professional Speakers” such as Kristin Arnold, Toni Newmam and Frances Ríos will also participate in the event. The “Master Classes” will be offered by Terryluz Andreu, Leena Munjal, Viviane Fortuño and Karen Oliver.
